I have heard many of the frustrations that people go through with Jack Russell Terrier training. Some breeds are simply much more difficult to come to terms with, and this is true of the JRT. Now I am not saying that it's the dogs fault. What I am saying is that they have been bred in such a manner to be a certain type of creature, given to a certain task under various circumstances. It just so happens that those particular propensities – instincts - are quite unlike what we are used to. This can make Jack Russel Terrier training a little bit more of a challenge.
